Set up your branding

Add your photo, company logo, and contact details so every report looks like it came from you.

Every report you generate carries your identity — your name, photo, company logo, NMLS IDs, and contact details appear right at the top of what your borrower sees, whether they're viewing the report online or reading the PDF you emailed them. Two minutes of setup here pays off on every report you ever send.

When you signed up, LendrTech asked for this info on the "Tell us about you" page. Everything you entered there (or skipped) can be updated anytime from Settings.

Where to find it

Open Settings at the bottom of the sidebar. The Settings page is split into four tabs — Profile, Company, Security, and Billing. Your branding lives in the first two. (For the Billing tab, see plans and billing.)

Your profile

The Profile tab covers you as a loan officer:

  • First and last name — shown in the "Prepared by" line on reports.
  • Email and phone — displayed as your contact info so borrowers can reach you straight from the report.
  • LO NMLS ID — usually 7 digits; shown alongside your name.
  • Profile picture — drag and drop an image onto the upload area, or click it to browse. PNG or JPG, up to 2.5 MB. A clear headshot works best — it appears next to your contact details on reports.

Every field is optional. Anything you leave blank simply doesn't appear on the report. Click Save changes when you're done.

To replace your photo, just upload a new one — it swaps in for the old one. To remove it entirely, click Remove next to the current picture.

Your company

The Company tab covers the branding around you:

  • Company name — appears with your contact details, and stands in as a text wordmark on PDF reports if you haven't uploaded a logo.
  • Company NMLS ID — displayed near your own NMLS ID.
  • Company logo — same drag-and-drop upload as the profile picture. PNG or JPG, up to 2.5 MB. A logo on a transparent background looks best, since it sits on the report's colored masthead.

As with the profile tab, upload a new logo to replace the current one, click Remove to clear it, and Save changes to apply your edits.

Where it shows up

  • Online reports open with your photo, name, NMLS IDs, email, phone, and company info in the header, plus your company logo. See the report builder for everything else on that page.
  • PDF reports — downloaded or emailed to a borrower — lead with a branded masthead: your company logo (or your company name as a wordmark if there's no logo), a "Prepared for" line naming your borrower and you, your NMLS IDs and contact details, and your portrait. See sharing reports with borrowers.

A quick checklist before your first report

  1. Name, email, and phone filled in — so borrowers know who sent this and how to reply.
  2. NMLS IDs entered — many LOs are required to display these.
  3. Headshot uploaded — reports feel personal instead of generic.
  4. Logo uploaded on a transparent background — the masthead does the rest.

Once that's saved, head back to getting started and send your first report — your branding is now on everything you generate.
