Draft your email with AI

On the Max plan, let AI write and refine the borrower cover note in your email composer — it never quotes numbers, and you always edit before sending.

Inside the email composer, the Max plan adds an AI writing assistant for the message itself. It drafts and polishes the cover note that goes with your report — and you always review and edit before anything sends.

Starting from a blank message

A couple of ways to get words on the page:

• Situation starters. On a blank message, one click drops in a ready-made opener for a common moment — First quote, Updated numbers, Comparing options, or Following up. These are instant; there's no waiting on the AI.
• Generate at your cursor. Click Generate, type a one-line brief in the Describe what to write here… box, and the AI writes new text in right where your cursor sits.

Refining what's there

Already have a draft? Select any text to bring up a small toolbar — Fix, Polish, Shorten, Expand, or Custom… for your own instruction — and the AI rewrites just that part. Fix and Polish also work on the whole message. Every change lands back in the message box for you to accept, undo, or refine further.

It writes the note, not the numbers

The AI writes the cover note only. It won't invent or calculate figures — no made-up rate, payment, APR, or fee — and it points your borrower to the report attached to the email, where the numbers live. And because it only ever fills the message box, nothing reaches your borrower until you've read it and pressed Send yourself.
