Plans and billing

What each LendrTech plan includes, how billing works, and how to upgrade, cancel, or reactivate your subscription.

LendrTech has two individual plans — Pro and Max — plus a Corporate plan for teams and brokerages. Every plan includes the core toolkit: purchase, refinance, and single-loan reports, PDF imports, and secure document management. Current prices and exact allowances live on the pricing page.

Pro and Max

Pro is built for the busy originator. It includes a monthly allowance of fee sheet PDF imports and generous limits on worksheet templates, saved worksheets, and saved reports. Templates, worksheets, and reports count toward your plan while they exist — deleting one frees the slot.

Max removes the ceilings entirely: unlimited PDF imports and unlimited templates, worksheets, and reports. It also adds custom report colors to match your branding and screen, audio, and video recording.

Corporate

For teams and brokerages, the Corporate plan adds a pooled PDF allowance across seats, volume per-seat pricing, centralized billing, seat management, and org-wide usage visibility. Pricing is negotiated per seat — click Contact sales on the pricing page to talk to us.

Monthly or annual

Both Pro and Max come in monthly and annual flavors. Annual billing gives you one month free — you pay for eleven months and get twelve. Use the Monthly / Annual toggle on the pricing page to compare.

Where billing lives

Open Settings in the sidebar and select the Billing tab. From there you can see your current plan, watch your monthly import usage and saved-content usage against your plan's limits, and click Manage billing in Stripe to update your payment method or view invoices. We never store your card details — payments are handled by Stripe.

Upgrading from Pro to Max

If you're on Pro, you'll find an Upgrade to Max button on the pricing page — and one appears right on the Billing tab when you're getting close to a limit. It takes you to a checkout page where you confirm or update your card and pay the prorated difference for the rest of your current billing period — no double-charging, no waiting for renewal. The moment the payment goes through, Max features unlock on your account.

Canceling and reactivating

Both are self-serve — no email required, no phone call:

  • Cancel. On the Billing tab, click Cancel subscription and confirm. You keep full access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for; the confirmation shows the exact date.
  • Reactivate. Changed your mind before that date? A Reactivate subscription button appears in the same spot. One click and your subscription continues as if nothing happened — your next billing date stays the same.
